Built trust with development and business teams to improve a third-party pricing app that replaced a system some users had relied on for 20+ years. Those improvements cleared the way to retire the legacy system and fully migrate every user to the new app.

Defined the user experience for a new compliance app that started as a back-end architecture project. In one quarter, tracked down users no one had identified and mapped how they worked. Handed off a first module, plus the component library and design principles to serve as the foundation for the rest of the app.

Built the first-ever library of employee personas for a major grocery retailer, so the IT teams building store tools finally knew who they were building for. In the first quarter, IT teams tagged 290+ features with personas. HR later updated job profiles based on the findings.

Designed how a financial regulator’s scheduling team builds its annual exam schedule, moving them from setting every date by hand to reviewing and adjusting an AI-generated draft. The team cut scheduling time by 90% and finalized the plan 78 days earlier than the year before.

Took over design for a mortgage company’s customer accounts, spread across several products that all looked and worked differently. Wrote a UX strategy to unify the space and won leadership’s unanimous support for the redesign, even during a sharp downturn in the mortgage industry.
